Yeah, they said that “[T]he amount of work deemed eligible by FEMA for storm-damage repairs was not enough ‘to restore City Hall to its former functional status.'”

I should not have to explain the hilariousness of that statement.

    it reminds me of morons in my life who basically have the intention of installing poor materials throughout a construction site and then propose to return to it's former state of function and productivity — well, that was waaaaaaaaaay before you got in the picture, did ya ever think of checking out?? yes, 'tis hilarious.
